It snowed today - and not just anywhere, it actually snowed in London! And just to prove it I took a photo from my new flat this morning: Snowy Angel

14/1/2007	The Forbidden City and the Great Wall	Personal
I managed to get some sight-seeing over the weekend here in Beijing and the surrounds. On Saturday I took in Tiananmen Square, The Forbidden City, Jangshan Park. Then on Sunday I went to The Great Wall and the Ming Tombs. All in all an exhausting weekend!

9/1/2007	There are 9 million bicyles in Beijing...	Personal
There may well be 9 million bicycles in Beijing, but what they don't tell you is that there are in fact also 9 million cars, 9 million buses and 9 million taxis. This is a problem. On my first day it took me 25mins to get from my hotel to the office, yesterday it took me an hour and 45mins to get back in rush hour!
